Palma de Mallorca, 17th February 2021. Metrovacesa, Spain’s leading real estate developer with more than 100 years of history, continues to make progress with its plans in Palma, where it is currently in the marketing phase of one of its most outstanding developments in the region, Jardins de Llevant.

The development, designed by the prestigious architect Patxi Mangado, is made up of 114 luxury homes with 1 to 4 bedrooms that offer a high quality of life and are located on Avenida Mèxic, a seven-minute walk from the yacht harbour and the seafront promenade. Jardins de Llevant, which has aroused great interest among the local residents, offers the possibility of visiting the show flat of one of its buildings in order to know everything about the last properties that are currently available.

It should also be noted that this building will have an A-level energy rating, the highest at present, which highlights Metrovacesa’s firm commitment to sustainability in the design of its developments. This will enable the company’s customers to make significant savings in terms of the energy costs of their homes.

The project also stands out for its communal areas, with a large indoor area with gardens and 2 outdoor panoramic communal swimming pools on the roof of the building – with views of the Portixol and the Can Palou green area. In addition, the homes will have lifts, storage rooms and private parking spaces.

Metrovacesa builds city

Jardins de Llevant is the first development in the Nou Llevant sector for which Metrovacesa has obtained planning permission, one of the most important areas of expansion in Palma, where the company plans to develop a new neighbourhood with 500 homes distributed over five developments by 2025. To this end, Metrovacesa plans to invest around 37 million euros, which will also involve the creation of around 1,000 direct and indirect jobs.
