Sevilla, 20 February 2024. Metrovacesa, Spain’s leading real estate developer with over one hundred years of history and more than 150 projects under development nationwide, begins the commercialisation of Residencial Etna. This new development in the sustainable neighbourhood of Seville – Palmas Altas, called Isla Natura, is made up of 74 multi-family homes that join the developer’s urban development in the Andalusian capital. With this development, in which Metrovacesa will invest 20 million euros, the developer now has 19 projects on the market.
Residencial Etna is the new 67-hectare project developed by Metrovacesa in Isla Natura, which includes new housing, green spaces and leisure, sports and educational centres. In line with the developer’s sustainability standards, urban development efforts will be carried out for the enjoyment and benefit of the 50,000 square metre communities, in addition to the guarantee of covering their needs through accessibility and connections with the urban fabric of Seville.
The development has two buildings, as well as various communal areas. The total of 74 multi-family homes, ranging from one to four bedrooms, all include large terraces that add light to the rooms. The developer also offers the service of personalisation of different materials in the homes through the “Choose your look” initiative, under the avant-garde standard that characterises its developments. The project combines various communal areas, including children’s play areas, a private swimming pool and paddle tennis court at different heights, to which residents have access, as well as garages and storage rooms for each home. The residential complex has been designed by Novarquia, architects with whom Metrovacesa has collaborated in different Isla Natura developments due to their high standards in design and quality.
For Metrovacesa, sustainability in construction is a key element. For this reason, its homes are endowed with various seals, such as the developer’s own DOMUM and Green Seal, which guarantees that Residencial Etna groups sustainable buildings. In addition to efficiency, the developer adapts each home according to the climatic and landscape characteristics of the location, reducing the water footprint, as well as guaranteeing optimum ratings in terms of energy consumption and emissions.
