Metrovacesa starts the commercialisation of a new development in Isla Natura: Residencial Navacerrada

Sevilla, May 16, 2023. Metrovacesa, a leading real estate developer in Spain with more than one hundred years of history and more than 120 projects under development nationwide, begins marketing Residencial Navacerrada, a residential complex offering a total of 46 multi-family homes of different types. Located in the Isla Natura-Palmas Altas neighborhood, the company expects to invest close to 11.7 million euros to meet the demand for new residential developments in the Andalusian capital.

The residential development will be part of a privileged natural environment, between the Guadalquivir and Guadaíra rivers, a landmark of urban development and a reference in Seville for its communications and environmental enclave.

The homes in this new residential complex in Isla Natura, with contemporary lines, all have terraces, some types with exclusive private solariums, penthouses with large terraces, garage, storage room, common areas and swimming pool. In total, there are seven different types of homes and two alternatives for customization of floor and wall coverings.

The development has the highest energy rating by integrating new solutions in its construction to optimize energy consumption and generate a positive impact on the environment. Thanks to the efficient technologies used in the design of its developments, Metrovacesa implements the use of renewable energies and efficient systems to integrate sustainability in a transversal manner, from planning, land management, the environment, the needs of citizens and the construction of the homes.

Located south of Los Bermejales, framed between the Guadalquivir and Guadaira rivers, Isla Natura promises to be an extraordinary environmental enclave with a strategic location as it is very well connected to Seville and its surroundings through the SE-30 and the A4 highway to Cadiz with access to the SE-40 and where in the future line 3 of the Seville Metro will arrive.

This 67-hectare space will have spacious parks and gardens, more than 4,200 trees and educational, sports and social facilities.

With this development, Metrovacesa reinforces its leadership and commitment in the sustainable construction sector.  In addition to Residencial Navacerrada, the developer is making progress in other urban developments, also located in the Isla Natura – Palmas Altas neighborhood, such as Residencial Teide, Villas del Tíber or Torre Arenal, for which it has just obtained the building permit. In total, the developer offers more than 13 projects being marketed, with a total of more than 880 homes in this new sustainable neighborhood of the city.
