Code of Ethics

The Code of Ethics establishes the guidelines that govern the conduct of employees in the performance of their duties and in their professional and business relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance and consistency with our corporate principles. This is the basis for our commitments to shareholders, partners, customers, suppliers, employees and society as a whole.
Control mechanisms
Code of Ethics
We have a whistleblower channel accessible to any person or stakeholder. It allows us to communicate confidentially and, if desired, anonymously any possible breach of both legal rules and our internal regulations.
The channel has the necessary guarantees, including the secure transmission of information, the reception of reports by an independent third party or the permanent focus on whistleblower protection.
Certified systems
Metrovacesa’s activities are certified ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management System) and ISO 27001:2013 (Information Security Management System), audited by AENOR. These accreditations cover all of our residential development, land management and development activities, in all of our regional offices.
The implementation of the ISO 9001-compliant quality management system has enabled us to optimize key processes, improve operational efficiency and reinforce excellence in strategic areas such as customer service, development design and development, and construction, delivery and after-sales control.
The environmental management system, aligned with ISO 14001, consolidates the integration of environmental criteria into the company’s activities and reinforces our commitment to responsible resource management. The ISO 27001 certification also guarantees the protection, confidentiality, integrity and availability of information, in accordance with the highest international standards.

Annual surveys
At Metrovacesa we consider it essential to listen to the voice of the customer and integrate their opinion in the continuous improvement of our products and services. Through annual surveys we measure their level of satisfaction and identify the key aspects that influence their experience and decision-making.
The results, together with an internal and transparent complaint management system, allow us to define action plans aimed at optimizing our commercial processes and reinforcing the quality of our customer service.
Supplier evaluation
At Metrovacesa we are committed to providing a quality service to our customers. For this reason, we annually evaluate our suppliers based on the following criteria: Quality of service, Costs, Deadlines, Compliance and Aftercare.
