Ignacio Moreno is Chairman of Metrovacesa, S.A., a member of the advisory board of Telefónica España, and a director of, amongst others, Telefónica Brasil, General de Alquiler de Maquinaria, S.A., Ontime, Sercotel and Smart Living Properties. Until October 2016, he was Chief Executive Officer of Metrovacesa, S.A. He has also served as General Manager of the Chairman’s Office at Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, S.A., Chief Executive Officer of Vista Capital Expansión, S.A., SGECR – Private Equity, and Chief Executive Officer of N+1 Private Equity. At Corporación Bancaria de España, S.A. – Argentaria, he served as Deputy General Manager of Corporate and Institutional Banking, Chief Executive Officer of Desarrollo Urbanístico Chamartín, S.A., and Chairman of Argentaria Bolsa, Sociedad de Valores. He worked at Banco de Vizcaya, Banco Santander de Negocios, and Mercapital, as Director of Corporate Banking and Private Equity. Mr Moreno holds a degree in Economics and Business Studies from the University of Bilbao. He also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from INSEAD.

Jorge Pérez de Leza is Chief Executive Officer of Metrovacesa since 2016. Prior to his appointment, Mr Pérez de Leza was Managing Director for Europe at Grupo Lar from April 2005 to November 2016, Managing Director of European Operations at Excite @ Home from September 1998 to December 2005, and worked at the Boston Consulting Group from September 1991 to September 1998. Mr Pérez de Leza is Chairman of the Urban Land Institute Spain and of the Deporte y Desafío Foundation. Furthermore, Mr Pérez de Leza is a member of the Harvard Real Estate Alumni Association and an associate professor on the Master’s in Real Estate Development programme at IE University. Mr Pérez de Leza holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from ICAI University (Madrid) and an MBA in General Management from Harvard Business School.

Carlos Manzano is currently Chief Executive Officer of Santander Alternative Investments. Before joining Banco Santander, where he has held various positions, Mr Manzano worked at Deutsche Bank as Head of Real Estate for Spain and Portugal and, prior to that, at the former Metrovacesa, amongst other roles. He currently sits on various boards of directors, including as Chairman of the Board of Abent 3T, SAPI de CV and Generación De Energia Villahermosa, S.A.P.I., and as a director of Atillan Agro I, SCR, SA, Deva Capital Holding Company, SL, Deva Capital Management Company, SL, Fremman Limited and Investment Holdings 1857, SL. Mr Manzano holds a degree in Economics and Business Studies from the University of Valladolid and an MBA from ESADE (Barcelona).

Alberto Quemada Salsamendi is Chief Executive Officer of LANDCO, the land development company within the Santander Group, since 2019. He is also a director of Urbanitum Future, Alquesal XXI, Malcarsan Eventos and Territorios GEO. Mr Quemada began his professional career at Andersen Consulting and subsequently joined the Ferrovial Group, later moving to Ferrovial Inmobiliaria as Chief Financial Officer, Business Director and Deputy General Manager. He has served as Chief Executive Officer of Quabit and as a director of Habitat Inmobiliaria. For many years, he has combined his professional career with his own business activities, primarily within the property sector. Mr Quemada holds a degree in Business Economics and Law from the University of Alcalá de Henares and a PDG from IESE.

Jaime Ybarra Loring has worked for over 30 years at the Santander Group, holding key strategic roles as Executive Vice-President in the Global Corporate & Investment Banking Unit, the Global Risk Unit and the Investment Platforms Unit. Prior to this, he held various senior management positions at Banesto. He is currently a director of, amongst other companies, CESCE, Lynx Financial Fraud, Hijos Ybarra S.A. and Atitlan Agro I S.C.R. S.A. Mr Ybarra holds a degree in Business Management from Loyola University, has undertaken postgraduate studies in Business Management at the Harvard Extension School and has studied for a PhD in Economics at the Pontifical University of Comillas.

Ana Bolado has over 31 years’ management experience within the Santander Group, where she has held positions including Head of Commercial Strategy and Business Development for Commercial Banking in Spain and a member of the Management Committee. Ms Bolado is currently an independent director at Inmobiliaria Colonial, S.A. (where she serves on several committees) and CBNK Banco. She also holds a degree in Pharmacy from the Complutense University of Madrid and an MBA from IE Business School (IE).

Cesáreo Rey-Baltar is currently Head of Real Estate Subsidiaries at BBVA. Before joining BBVA in 1999, Mr Rey-Baltar worked at Banco Generale (now BNP Paribas). He is currently a member of the board of directors of Crea Madrid Nuevo Norte, S.A., SBD Crefeixent, S.A. and Promociones Terres Cavedes, S.A. Mr Rey-Baltar holds a degree in Business Studies and Insurance Actuarial Science from the University of the Basque Country and an MBA from IE Business School (IE).

Enrique Migoya Peláez is currently Managing Director of BBVA’s Equity Holdings division, where he manages the bank’s portfolio of shareholdings. Prior to this, he spent seven years at the investment bank Goetzpartners. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Tubos Reunidos, S.A., Crea Madrid Nuevo Norte S.A., CESCE S.A., and Corporación IBV, Informa D&B, S.A., Corporación IBV Participaciones Empresariales, S.A., Neotec Capital Riesgo SCR, Coinversión Neotec SCR, Pecri Inversión, S.L. and Inverahorro, S.L. Mr Migoya holds a degree in Economics and Business Studies from the Autonomous University of Madrid. He has also completed the Executive Development Programme and the Corporate Management Programme at IESE.

Juan Antonio Franco is a director at Dominum Dirección y Gestión SAU, Finver Inversiones 2020, SLU and Soinmob Inmobiliaria España, SAU. He has spent much of his career in the property sector, rising to the position of Deputy Managing Director at Inmobiliaria Realia, where he was a member of the Management Committee. Previously, Mr Franco held various roles and responsibilities within the FCC Group and FOCSA (1981 to 2000). Furthermore, Mr Juan Antonio Franco has served on the Boards of Directors of various property companies, including Hermanos Revilla, Planigesa, Boane, As Cancelas and Jezzine. Mr Juan Antonio Franco holds a degree in Economics from the Complutense University of Madrid.

Beatriz Puente is an independent director of the French company Valeo, S.E. and of Banca March. Until May 2023, Ms Puente served as Chief Financial Officer of Siemens Gamesa. She is currently an independent director of the French company Valeo, S.E. and of Banca March. Previously, and at various times, she served as a director and Chief Financial Officer of NH Hoteles, S.A., Chief Financial Officer of AENA, S.A., and Chief Financial Officer and Head of Investor Relations and Corporate Development at Vocento, S.A. Ms Puente also worked at Citigroup European Investment Banking as Vice-President of the investment banking M&A division, as Chief Financial Officer at Quintiles, S.L., and as an Auditor at Ernst & Young (Spain). Ms Puente holds an MBA from the JL Kellogg Graduate School of Management, having received a Fulbright scholarship, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies from the University College of Financial Studies (CUNEF).

Emma Fernández is an independent director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee at Axway (in France), an independent director at Digital Consumer Bank (Openbank, Santander Consumer Finance and ODS), where she serves on several committees, an independent director at Iskay Pet SLU, and a mentor at Ashoka and Endeavour. Ms Emma Fernández has spent her professional career in the technology sector at companies such as Telefónica, Alcatel and Indra. In 1991, she joined Indra Sistemas S.A., where she rose to become Managing Director and a member of the Executive and Management Committees. She has held global responsibility for Strategy and Innovation, HR and Organisation Management, Corporate Governance, Corporate Responsibility and Brand. She has also been a member of, amongst others, the Executive Committees of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce, the Elcano Royal Institute, the EU High-Level Group on Aeronautical Research, and the Advisory Council for Aeronautical Research and Innovation in Europe (ACARE). Ms Fernández holds an MBA from IE Business School and a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid.

Vicente Moreno is a director at Banca March and Tagsonomy, as well as a professional director on the International Advisory Council of the Hispanic Society of America. He has served as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Chairman of Accenture Spain, with responsibility for Accenture in Portugal, Israel and Africa, and as Managing Director of Accenture Poland SP. Z.O.O. In the past, he has been a Trustee of the Princess of Asturias Foundation, Vice-Chairman of the SERES Foundation, a member of the Board of Trustees of the Accenture Foundation, and a member of the following institutions: the American Chamber of Commerce, the American Business Council, the CEOE Business Council, the Círculo de Empresarios, the Board of Patrons of the Teatro Real, the Advisory Council of the Official Association of Naval Engineers, the Advisory Council of the Spanish Institute of Engineering, and the Spanish Association of Consultancy. Mr Moreno holds a degree in Naval Engineering from the Higher Technical School of Naval Engineering.

Azucena Viñuela is Director of Internal Audit at Grupo Internacional Energías de Portugal, SA. (EDP) and a member of the Board and the Appointments and Remuneration Committee of the Spanish Institute of Internal Auditors. She began her professional career at Arthur Andersen in the field of financial auditing and consultancy, eventually becoming head of the Energy Sector and the Public Administration Sector for Asturias. She was also a member of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Audit Committee at Testa Residencial. Ms Azucena Viñuela holds the qualification of Chartered Accountant from the Official Register of Chartered Accountants (ROAC), has completed Executive Education programmes at IESE Business School and INSEAD Business School, and has taught at the Asturias Business School, the Spanish Energy Club and ROAC. Ms Viñuela holds a degree in Economics and Business Studies.

Lucas Osorio is currently co-managing partner at MO Estudio Legal and Chairman of Emisores Españoles. Previously, he was a partner at Hogan Lovells International in Madrid. He is a solicitor specialising in mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance, and regularly acts as an arbitrator in Spain’s leading arbitration courts. For over a decade, he served as General Counsel and Company Secretary of the listed company Cintra (Ferrovial Group), and has been a board member and/or company secretary of numerous companies, some of which are listed, such as the British firms BAA and ESSA. Mr Osorio is a State Attorney on leave of absence and holds a degree in Law (E1) from the Pontifical University of Comillas (ICADE).
